15-Day Return & Refund Policy
Customers may request a return or refund within 15 days of purchase only.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
• Proof of purchase is required
• Products must be unused
• Products must be returned in their original packaging
Any return or refund request made after 15 days from the purchase date will not be accepted, except where required by UK consumer law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us before returning the item.
We may request photographic evidence or require the item to be returned for inspection.
If confirmed faulty, we will repair or replace the item, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Non-Defective Items
Non-defective items may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided they are:
