The ProForm Hybrid Trainer boasts an impressive 16 pre-set workouts, and thanks to the 1-16 digital resistance levels, training can be as easy or as difficult as you want. The Hybrid Trainer XT features the innovative SMR™ Silent Magnetic Resistance that can be adjusted through 16 digital levels to suit each workout and has an amazing stride length of 38 cm. The high-quality system requires little to no maintenance or service and allows you to change resistance levels quicker than standard systems. Ride in comfort on the Hybrid Trainer XT, with a cushioned seat and cushioned pedals that adjust to suit any user. The large, one window display can be maneuvered to your ideal angle for added comfort, and with the built-in watts meter, you power readout is displayed on the screen so you know when to pick up the pace, or slow it down. You can also get accurate pulse readings on the go with EKG grip pulse handlebars.
